Withdrawal and return

You have the right to return, exchange or refund any products that do not suit you within 14 (fourteen) clear days from the delivery of your order.

Only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded. If a cancellation is requested:

- Pre-order: a deposit is included in the purchase price equivalent to 25% of the amount of the canceled items for a French pre-order and €40 for US pre-orders, automatically deducted.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be resold as new, and, if possible, accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice for optimized management.

Items returned incomplete, opened, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer or the post office will not be accepted or refunded with a 30% deduction. No cash on delivery shipments will be accepted for any reason.
